Chelsea Handler on September 12th of 2010 in the press room holding a moonman at the MTV Video Music Awards at the Nokia Live Theater in Los Angeles. She was the host of the VMA’s this year! She looked awesome in this white v-neck dress. Her blonde hair looked great as did her makeup.
